Warfield Homes Breaks Ground on New Clarke County Fair Outdoor Entertainment Stage

Warfield Homes Inc. recently began construction on a new 2896 square foot, elevated stage for future performances at the Clarke County Fairgrounds, operated by the Clarke County Ruritan Club.
The new stage, which is approximately 4 times the size of the current stage, will also feature an 880 square foot air conditioned dressing rooms and hospitality area.
“We are excited to begin this project. This stage will allow the fans to better enjoy the quality entertainment that the Clarke County Ruritan continues to provide year after year,” states Jerry Beydler, President of the Clarke County Ruritan Club.
“The Ruritan Club approached Warfield Homes approximately one month ago with the proposed project. They had a great vision on how they could dramatically enhance the Clarke County Fair Attendees’ experience with the new project and combined this vision with an aggressive timeline for completion. We were a little apprehensive considering the Club’s expectations were to have the stage ready for this year’s Clarke County Fair which starts August 10th. We signed a contract with the Ruritan Club on April 28th and fully intend on making the fair date with the support of our valuable suppliers and sub-â€contractors. We would like to specifically thank Carter Lumber, Randy Kelly Poured Walls, Imperial Concrete, Ruckman Engineering, Furlong Sheetmetal and the Clarke County Building Department for their tremendous help in expediting the beginning stages of this project. As of today, the permits have been obtained, excavation is complete, and footers are poured.” states Shannon Dulaney, Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Warfield Homes Inc.
Warfield Homes is responsible for the construction of the project and the expected completion date is July 31, 2014.
