Round Hill Bank of Clarke County Office Renovations Complete — Branch Opens
Located on Main Street in Round Hill, VA, the Bank of Clarke County branch project involved remodeling an old, outdated bank building and incorporating new exterior customer convenience features. The building interior was completely gutted on the main level and remodeled to include a beautifully appointed main lobby, offices, new teller stations and back office area. A new ATM and drive-through were added to the exterior as well as new paint and landscaping. The project was completed in June—on time and within budget.

Orthodontist Commercial Building in Purcellville Breaks Ground
Grisius Orthodontics was looking for a builder with commercial experience to build their new medical building in downtown Purcellville, VA. Building plans included a 3,400 sq. ft. main level for their new state-of-the-art medical office space with an additional 3,400 sq. ft. of future lease on the second floor. Warfield Homes worked with the Owner and the Town of Purcellville’s Board of Architectural Review to establish a timeless farmhouse look for the building. The contracted cost for the building was well below the original budget and is scheduled to open on time in the fall of 2011.
