Wayne Warfield, Jr.
President, Operations
Wayne Warfield Jr. brings over 25 years of construction experience to Warfield Homes. He has an extensive background in custom home design and renovation, along with excavation and demolition services. His primary responsibilities are the day-to-day operations and supervision of the subcontractors.

Wayne and his wife, Deanna, are the proud parents of 4 children. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys working on his farm and restoring antique farm equipment.

Shannon Dulaney
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Shannon Dulaney has a strong background in the business related services. Prior to joining Warfield Homes 10 years ago, Shannon was a Group Product Manager and Business Team Leader at Rubbermaid Commercial Products where he managed all aspects of a multi-million dollar product line. His primary responsibility includes, but certainly not limited to, regular communication with the clients and the overall execution of the projects and product life cycle management.

Shannon received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and his M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. Shannon and his wife, Stephanie, are the proud parents of 4 children. In his spare time, you can find Shannon at the ball field with his family or occasionally on the golf course.
